How to reach I Am presence wherever you are
When we think of self, we think we are the one who thinks, our minds, egos, and personalities. It can be difficult for us to conceptualize the concept of God within us if we have not yet experienced the present moment or the stillness that comes with becoming whole.
Our perception of God may also prevent us from allowing the experience to unfold, however, its not exactly necessary to clear out all limiting beliefs about God to experience the oneness with God in the body. Many of us may have had moments of remembrance without even realizing it, as the experience typically happens while being in the present moment, or flow state.
We can think of ourselves as one stream of consciousness that has branched off from God, into a “soul” but is still God nonetheless. And that soul stream gets poured into a human body to have an experience. During the experience, we forget, and develop self concepts, “ego” that separate us from our surroundings. Through conditioning and trauma, aspects of the ego may split off and become fragmented. It is through fragmentation that we become scattered, at war with ourselves, dysfunctional, and out of alignment with our God current of consciousness.
The fastest way to reach God’s presence within the self is found in two simple steps: becoming present in the body. Dropping our consciousness into the vessel, disconnecting from our minds. We may also achieve the same result by dropping into our hearts. Whatever comes up for us in the moment that is in pain or an aspect of self that is being rejected or having some resistance towards self or others, we want to bring that aspect of self into our hearts. Feeling our heart center bring in these parts closer to ourselves, unconditionally loving that fragment with no agenda or desire to change fix or remove it, will naturally cause the misaligned state to be released. Through enough unconditional love and presence bringing in fragmented parts into wholeness, we experience oneness within our being, in that moment. And if we allow ourselves to stay still, and observe ourselves, we will notice a shift. We are not who we thought we were, and within us lies a silent observer…maintaining this observer will allow us to maintain spiritual authority over our being, allowing all that doesn’t align with our I Am presence to fall away like water on a duck. We are not our traumas, our stories, our egos, thoughts or emotions. We are everything and nothing, having an experience with unique desires that we incarnated into human flesh to experience..having this presence be our primary source of power allows us to consciously create our hearts desires with true alignment, serving our true purpose of being here..
