Healing Animals

For those of us who have experienced having a pet, we would agree that animals are sentient, intelligent beings who understand human emotion. Not only do they understand emotions, but they have their own. Some experts would say animals are not capable of having emotions due to their survival instincts being their primary force, while this may be true, its important to understand that animals develop emotions around their experiences around survival. Meaning, if one animal, regardless of its primitive nature, has been environmentally exposed to either a more challenging or more relaxed environment, would alter the animals behavior and thus, "emotional expression".

Animals are primarily primitive, they have a strong sense of safety versus danger. They do not hesitate or resist their own compass the way humans would allow danger in the name of familiarity. Animals do however experience trauma that would alter their behaviour regardless of their environment changing, for example, a rescue dog or cat would not simply get over its trauma once they’ve been saved. Their behavior is permanently altered and may result in physical ailments if not energetically corrected. The same way a human would, however, they don’t have the same healing power as a human does. Energy healing for humans can work, however I don’t recommend it as much as I would for an animal because humans must make changes in their behavior for energy to fully “heal”, so even after a session of energy work a person may feel better but the pain will come back if the pattern was not broken. This is not the case for animals, since their sense of safety does not come from familiarity like a human. Their clear sense of safety versus danger allows them to avoid harm with precision. So providing a helpless animal with energy work would be tremendously helpful in providing an animal with full recovery of negative patterns in behavior. Animals may also absorb their owners (if they have any) energy towards them, others, or even the energy they may be experiencing at that moment. These factors are what comprise an animal’s unique personality, but are not always permanent as mentioned animals are very energetically sensitive and are thus reactive to their environments. This is why augury has been used for centuries, using the behavior of birds to determine energetic and temperature climates before logic could measure them was a tool used by great minds.

Now that we understand the nature of an animal’s behavior, in the event an animal experiences trauma and is then rescued, it's imperative to provide healing energy to the animal in order to transmute the energy stored in its emotional body that is causing them to behave defensively in non-proportionate situations to live a life more aligned to that specific animal’s essence as well as avoiding that negative energy converting into an illness. Please reference my ebooklet, guided meditations, and discourse group subscription to learn more on how to activate and facilitate your own healing abilities to help any animal in need. Healing miracles are possible for all living beings, including our furry loved ones.

Understanding the Mind

In order to heal the mind, we must fully understand the intricacies that are within what we would call our mind. Then, to heal the mind, thoughts, perceptions, and fragmentations that would allow us to experience total healing.

The first most important detail in healing the mind is to understand fully that we are not the mind. Rather, the mind is a tool created for us to understand and decipher information. The perceptions our minds develop are shaped by the experiences we have and the conditioning we inherit. The more trauma we experience, the more our mind fragments into an unconscious state, leaving us with little awareness,  which is power in order to transform ourselves into wholeness. Fragmentation is the primary causation for internal arguments, hyper critical thoughts, resistance, which is to be “at war” with ourselves.

Next, the mind has the ability to think thoughts. Whenever we decide to think thoughts, we leave the present moment and our mental energy leaves into the mental realm or headspace where thought streams exist. Whenever we give a thought power and emotion, it becomes a thought form that carries its own negative energy. When we look a little closer, we can see that thought forms become their own sentient energy as an extension of our own emotions. These negative thoughts can look like a black or negative cloud, void of life force. It is like an empty clay shaped by the emotions and power we give them. These thought forms, through repetitive belief in them as your own thoughts, grow in power, not because they have any, but because it feeds off of the power we have given them. Some of us may refer to them as demons, entities, or tulpas, but in essence, they are negative thought forms that have no power.

Negative thoughts can feel sticky, as they tend to be representative of the opposite of how we truly feel. Those of us who are in the self awareness or self help community can tend to question ourselves to the degree that we believe and react to the thoughts as if it was us.

When we start to spiral down this way of thinking, these thought patterns only intensify. Whenever we finally work through one fear or shame around a negative thought pattern, another one crops up. We may find ourselves having “ODC” quality thoughts, where they become obsessive, repetitive, and thinking opposing thoughts become ritualistic in order to feel safe. Prayer and affirmations become the only way to feel safe in our minds..thoughts now become a danger zone for those of us who suffer from this kind of thinking. The despair we feel as these thoughts pull us out of the present moment can leave us in a constant state of stress to combat them with all sorts of gymnastics that do more harm than good.

We may be strongly disconnected from our emotional truth if we are too concerned or believing we are our thoughts or even our minds, not fully aware of how the subconscious mind works or how to get in tune with it rather than giving power to thoughts, which is NOT the subconscious, rather, ignorance on the true nature of self, presence, and the subconscious mind.

In this case, those of us who know negative thoughts are not true, begin to believe the thoughts are true because we “attracted them in”, and they are some part of our subconscious mind which is some sort of illusive place of unknown information about ourselves.

The subconscious mind is never out of reach, we never need to hire someone else to help us discover what we feel because it is always accessible now, in any given moment. We can find our subconscious mind through a wormhole of our negative emotional reactions towards any subject matter. Nothing within the subconscious mind holds any power unless we give it power. All we have to do is become aware of the trigger rather than make a different choice in order to change our internal state, with repetition as the triggers arise. This is easy when we learn to detach from our emotions and perspectives, identification with them is not necessary in order to heal or change. This can be a difficult belief to have when we are in the spiritual or healing community that really enforces identification with our wounds that may prevent us from transforming them.

There are many processes that I have developed during my journey into healing my mind that I will share in an ebook/course in the coming future. My discourse community will allow anyone to ask me questions or get support should the need arise. Expect guided meditations, courses, and ebooks that will empower us to come back to our true self, which is the observer of it all…

Alignment, 2 Fold

Within each physical being is an infinite stream of consciousness extended from God, a more refined expression of God which could be called a soul. When we incarnate into our bodies, we have this perfect alignment, but not always. Some of us begin to fragment in the womb depending on the inherited patterns from our parents. Regardless, we are created with the perfected consciousness of God eternally. I say eternally, because there is no time. There is no yesterday or tomorrow, there is only now..and within this now moment, God is eternally pouring into us all. God, our perfected state of being has and always will be present, its only a matter of alignment. With our free will, we may fragment, through trauma, our thoughts, memories, assumptions, beliefs, etc. and we may take a great deal of “time” to repair our fragmentation, which is natural and should be expected when healing trauma. However, we are eternally in the process of coming back into wholeness, integrating all fragmented aspects of self…such as God. So there is no rush nor is there no need to aim for this perfectly healed state in order to achieve this oneness, and maintained alignment with our God presence. We can and should aim to have our God presence to be the guiding force to all fragmented aspects of self. Not only a guide, but to be the conscious source of power to make all of our decisions in life. To truly live in alignment with our soul’s stream can seem like a high achievement but it does not have to be if we understand how to identify and maintain our alignment.

Whenever we think a thought or embody an emotion that does not resonate at the frequency of our God presence, we essentially put our thumb on the hose of the eternal spring of water being poured into us. It will feel like resistance, our minds may be clouded and we will feel ungrounded. Using my multidimensional vision, I am able to visually see the God consciousness being poured into my being, and thus witnessing the consequence of choosing negative thoughts out of ignorance, negative emotions out of reactivity causing me to split off from my own stream of God energy. No one can cause us to get out of alignment, we must choose to do this ourselves. No one can influence us to be drained, we must be making out of alignment choices that do not resonate at the frequency of our higher selves.

Whenever we are in alignment, we are what is called the flow state. So using my spiritual sight,

I came to the realization that coming back into alignment is easy if we allow ourselves to simply let it go. Whatever the problem was, thought we choose, reactivity that took place, we can observe the misalignment and consciously choose to let it go once understanding has been reached. This is the key, understanding must be met to properly let go to come back into alignment, or else, it will actually come back up since we did not find resolve for the fracture. Additionally, trauma, which is a deeper level of fragmentation can take more time to reconcile depending on the nature of it. Its far too complex to cover in this short article, but will frequently be mentioned in my work so feel free to refer to my other posts as well as utilize the tools in my membership page. But regardless of the level of fragmentation, the more understanding we have of ourselves, and the ability to become still to find our presence again, we can be a guiding light for those fractured parts with ease. The entire aim is to keep this perfected stream of God consciousness pouring into us to be able to maximize personal potential, and experience our true selves in motion. The more we practice doing nothing, being still, learning to become attuned to ourselves, the more we will be able to do this effortlessly. This may be difficult for us if we tend to be more anxious or living in the past, because essentially anxiousness is not about the future, its about projecting what has already happened into the future, but if we allow ourselves to validate our perspectives, we will ultimately be able to release them through that understanding, only to find our next aligned choice verus making choices out of fear. Choice is critical when understanding our higher selves, understanding the emotional information coming up for us helps us make informed choices that can guide us back into alignment when we learn to understand that we are not our thoughts, we are not our traumas, and we are not our emotions, yet, once we learn to properly allow ourselves to become still, we will find our true selves to then help us maintain alignment whenever we become triggered to not only heal and integrate those wounds back into wholeness, but to then make aligned choices that will evolve our souls, which is what we came here to do.

How to reach I Am presence wherever you are

When we think of self, we think we are the one who thinks, our minds, egos, and personalities. It can be difficult for us to conceptualize the concept of God within us if we have not yet experienced the present moment or the stillness that comes with becoming whole.

Our perception of God may also prevent us from allowing the experience to unfold, however, its not exactly necessary to clear out all limiting beliefs about God to experience the oneness with God in the body. Many of us may have had moments of remembrance without even realizing it, as the experience typically happens while being in the present moment, or flow state.

We can think of ourselves as one stream of consciousness that has branched off from God, into a “soul” but is still God nonetheless. And that soul stream gets poured into a human body to have an experience. During the experience, we forget, and develop self concepts, “ego” that separate us from our surroundings. Through conditioning and trauma, aspects of the ego may split off and become fragmented. It is through fragmentation that we become scattered, at war with ourselves, dysfunctional, and out of alignment with our God current of consciousness.

The fastest way to reach God’s presence within the self is found in two simple steps: becoming present in the body. Dropping our consciousness into the vessel, disconnecting from our minds. We may also achieve the same result by dropping into our hearts. Whatever comes up for us in the moment that is in pain or an aspect of self that is being rejected or having some resistance towards self or others, we want to bring that aspect of self into our hearts. Feeling our heart center bring in these parts closer to ourselves, unconditionally loving that fragment with no agenda or desire to change fix or remove it, will naturally cause the misaligned state to be released. Through enough unconditional love and presence bringing in fragmented parts into wholeness, we experience oneness within our being, in that moment. And if we allow ourselves to stay still, and observe ourselves, we will notice a shift. We are not who we thought we were, and within us lies a silent observer…maintaining this observer will allow us to maintain spiritual authority over our being, allowing all that doesn’t align with our I Am presence to fall away like water on a duck. We are not our traumas, our stories, our egos, thoughts or emotions. We are everything and nothing, having an experience with unique desires that we incarnated into human flesh to experience..having this presence be our primary source of power allows us to consciously create our hearts desires with true alignment, serving our true purpose of being here..

The Akashic Records

Akasha is Sanskrit word for Aether, which is the universe, fifth element. To understand the Akashic Records is to think of it like a frequency of awareness that enables a person to perceive all that is, at any given moment. Everything that has ever happened, will happen, or is potentially possible, is perceivable in this energetic library. Every thought that has ever been thought is all accessible and perceivable within this library. Additionally, each object, person, or place, etc. has its own library of information. Each location or person has pages of history recorded in their energetic fields. All locations and objects have energetic fields of information that are perceivable to anyone who can align with the frequency of Akashic..

There are many people under the impression that Akashic records are located in a different place that one must leave their bodies to go to, in order to retrieve information. Or worse, they believe they must channel messages or receive guidance from some foreign being in a different dimension. Answers from the Akashic records are not clairaudiently given, there is no voice providing information about a person or place such as past lives or romance potential. It is seen, and perceived through the third eye like a page in a book, energetically imprinted on someone or something. Anyone who claims to be a reader of the Akashic records as a gift that is exclusive to them is not informed properly. It is true that there are those who have organically and unintentionally reached this level of awareness such as the Akashic plane, but it is still possible for those to have this desire and reach and maintain this “ability” with intention.

So how do we read the Akashic Records? In order to perceive the Akashic records, one must reach and maintain divine purity, and embody divine truth to accurately perceive objective truth. This means we must make purification or focus in order to raise our frequency to match that of the Akashic plane. Working on the subconscious mind, purifying the heart, learning to become present is an excellent start in the never ending journey of purification.

This goes for divine truth, one must be properly informed of the laws of this universe, freeing self from the ignorance of reality to accurately perceive objective divine truth. Transforming religious programming and limiting beliefs are an excellent start. Sometimes, this may involve having to develop discernment through a series of unwanted experiences that allow one to know truth from deception. Throughout our time in this community, I will strive to provide everyone with everything I have learned on my spiritual journey around becoming spiritually

 Discerning, liberated, and purified.
